Free Software Records Skype Conversations

Call Graph Does A Great Job Recording Skype Conversations

I have been searching for quite a long time for a quality piece of software that would allow me to record Skype conversations in high fidelity for the production of interviews on my Radio Free Enterprise podcast.

I’ve tried a number of different solutions including Pamela, but never found what I was really looking for, until I found Call Graph from Scribie.

Call Graph seamlessly records my Skype conversations with very high quality as either .wav or .mp3 files and even separates each of the two people speaking onto their own channel so they can me modified separately.

There is no limit to the length of the recording you capture and Call Graph will work with Skype to Skype, Skype Out, Skype In and Conference Calls.

Scribie is a transcription service headquartered in Northern Virginia that charges 99 cents per recorded minute. They apparently created Call Graph to make it easy for more people to record more conversations that could be sent to them for transcription.

Whatever their original reasoning, I applaud them for creating Call Graph, give the software my highest recommendation and promise to send all of my transcription work to them going forward.
