It\u2019s part of business.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So here\u2019s a simple but powerful piece of advice that has helped many business owners stay focused and moving forward:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assign one person to be the pooper scooper.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is the person who catches all the incoming mess.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Upset customers, government forms, complaint calls, overdue bills \u2014 all of it.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Their job is to take the hit quietly and keep the chaos from spreading through the team.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Because if you let that stuff bounce around your shop, it distracts everyone.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">People get nervous.
