    To do this, contact your website person and ask them to install a Facebook tracking pixel.

    Then go to business.facebook.com and connect that pixel to an ad campaign.

    So here’s a simple but powerful piece of advice that has helped many business owners stay focused and moving forward:

    Assign one person to be the pooper scooper.

    This is the person who catches all the incoming mess.Upset customers, government forms, complaint calls, overdue bills — all of it.

    Their job is to take the hit quietly and keep the chaos from spreading through the team.

    Because if you let that stuff bounce around your shop, it distracts everyone.People get nervous. They want to help.But it pulls them off the one thing they need to be doing — their actual jobs.

    Once you’ve got your pooper scooper in place, here’s your next job:

    Pour the coals on marketing and delivering.

    Whatever the problem is —Money helps fix it faster.

    Late bill?Refund demand?Legal issue?

    More money helps with all these.

    But if you’re sitting there taking all the flak yourself, distracted and stressed,You won’t be in the right mindset to generate income.

    We recently ran a test for a business owner who wanted to play it safe.

    We recommended a $10 per day Facebook ad campaign.

    But he asked us to keep it at $5 instead.

A letter, email, or text blast to reconnect.Most business owners skip this step.Some say, “My customers only need me once,” like a home builder or specialty service.But that misses the point.Your customer list is the most valuable group you have.Even if they don’t buy again, they talk to people.Family.     Stop Wasting Money On Ads by Targeting the Wrong Area

    🎯 One of the easiest ways to stop wasting money on ads is to fix your targeting.

    Most business owners choose a radius around their business: 5 miles, 10 miles, 15 miles. But here’s the problem:

    Remember geometry class in high school? The area of a circle is PI × r².

    So:5-mile radius = ~78 square miles15-mile radius = ~706 square miles

    That’s 9X the area for the same budget.

    So if you’re spending an ad budget of $300 to reach 5 miles and suddenly jump to 15, that same $300 is now diluted across 9 times the geography.

    That means no one sees enough of your message for it to matter, and you wonder why no one calls.

    Even worse, people farther away are less likely to do business with you. More distance means more friction, less trust, and more options closer to home.

    So not only are you spreading your budget thin, you’re doing it to reach people who probably aren’t coming anyway.

    Here’s the fix:Use the 80/20 rule.

    Pull your past customer list.Sort it by ZIP code.

    You’ll see that 80% of your business comes from just a few ZIPs.

    Target those ZIPs only. That’s your core.

    Later, once things are humming, you can test new areas. But don’t mix them with your home turf.

    Take care of the ZIP codes that are already taking care of you.

    A large study was done to find out why customers stop doing business with companies they were already working with.

    It covered a wide range of industries and services.And the results were surprising.

    The top reason wasn’t:

    • Poor quality
    • High price
    • Or that a competitor came in cheaper

    Those are the excuses people give.

    But the real reason?Perceived indifference.

    At some point, the customer got the feeling that the business just didn’t care.

    It might have been a missed call.A slow response.A minor complaint not followed up on.

    Even if you were in the background working your tail off for them…They didn’t see it.So they assumed you didn’t care.

    • A birthday message
    • A “just thinking of you” email

    Restaurants do this well. The server handles the meal.Then the manager walks over just to ask how things are.Not needed. But it makes you feel cared for.

    That’s what keeps people from quitting. Because once they believe you care, they give you more grace, more trust, and they stay.
